Singapore Changi International Airport

AZ e-lite has installed LF 420S2 at the world's leading airport – Singapore Changi International Airport for the staircases and escape corridors at Terminal 2.

LF 420S2 is a 4-feet LED Surface Mounted Lighting Fixture with Dual Motion Sensor for general lighting applications such as corridors, staircases, walkways and emergency tunnels. LF 420S2 consumes 24W of electrical power when fully turned on. During standby mode (no human traffic), it consumes only 8W (30%) of electrical power. The motion sensor can be tilted to target the area of interest.

The project demonstrated AZ e-lite’s ability to design excellent products meeting Changi Airport’s stringent requirements, which include product durability, efficiency, lumen quality and low power consumption.

Singapore Public Housing – Jurong Town Council

AZ e-lite has been awarded a tender by Jurong Town Council in Singapore to supply and install LF 210 at void decks, stairways and corridors of selected public housing blocks.

LF 210 is a 2-feet LED Surface Mounted Lighting Fixture for general lighting applications such as corridors, staircases and walkways. With a power consumption of 12W, it is a perfect replacement for 2-feet T8 fluorescent tube.

The project marks the first in Singapore to deploy eco-friendly, energy-efficient LED lighting for public housing. The customised LED lights will consume less power and help Jurong Town Council save up to S$1.1 million in electricity bills annually.

The selection of LED lighting provider was through a stringent process to address the town council’s concerns. AZ e-lite was selected due to its R&D expertise and ability to meet the stringent requirements.

1st Green Public Housing Blocks in Singapore – Treelodge@Punggol

AZ e-litehas been selected to participate in the first green public housing project in Singapore – Treelodge@Punggol.  The LED lights supplied and installed include 2-feet LED lighting with fixture (LF 210), 2-feet LED lighting with sensor (LF 210S2), 6-inch LED Downlight (LDR 615) for new housing blocks and 4-feet LED lighting (LF 420) for car park.

To be completed in 2011, Treelodge@Punggol is Singapore’s First Green Mark Platinum Award Public Housing Project. It consists of 712 units of premium flats housed in seven 16-storey residential blocks. Unique to this eco-precinct is the 5-room loft unit which features a double-volume living room and an open terrace that can be converted into a sky garden.

Hong Kong Residential Building – Swiss Towers

In Hong Kong, AZ e-lite has installed LT 8-424 – 4 feet LED Tube at the carpark of Swiss Towers, a private residential building. The LT 8 series can be used for direct replacement of standard fluorescent tube without any ballast or starter. It is easy to install and has up to double the life span of a traditional fluorescent tube with the added benefit of containing no harmful mercury content.
